Important Information Regarding Your Travel

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before confirming your booking with Baruah Sports Associates And Travel Agency. These terms apply to our domestic and international tour packages, travel arrangements and related services.

1. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from the respective hotels, airlines, transport providers and other service partners.
Until the required booking amount is received and reflected in our account, all reservations will be considered tentative.
A booking may be cancelled or released if the required payment is not received within the specified payment period.
To secure a reservation, an advance payment may be required. The applicable advance amount will be communicated at the time of booking.
The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment schedule provided with the confirmed booking.

2. Hotel & Accommodation

Hotel check-in and check-out timings are determined by the respective property. Standard check-in is generally from 14:00 hrs unless otherwise specified.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel availability and may involve additional charges.
Hotels, resorts, homestays and other accommodation options are subject to availability at the time of booking.
For premium and luxury properties, payment and cancellation conditions may differ according to the property's policy.

3. International Travel & Visa

Travellers are responsible for ensuring that their passports, visas, permits and other required travel documents are valid for the duration of their journey.
Visa assistance, where offered, is provided based on the information and documentation supplied by the traveller.
Visa approval is solely at the discretion of the relevant embassy, consulate or immigration authority.
Baruah Sports Associates And Travel Agency cannot guarantee the approval of any visa application.
Travellers should check destination-specific entry, immigration, health and documentation requirements before travelling.

4. Flight Bookings

Flight tickets are subject to the terms, conditions and fare rules of the respective airline.
Full payment may be required at the time of flight booking.
Flight cancellation, rescheduling, refund and amendment charges will be governed by the applicable airline fare rules.
Any airline schedule change, delay or cancellation will be handled according to the airline's applicable policies.

5. Transportation

Transportation arrangements are subject to the itinerary and package selected by the traveller.
Vehicle type and availability may vary depending on the destination, group size and package requirements.
Additional transportation requirements outside the confirmed itinerary may incur additional charges.

6. Payment & Additional Charges

All package prices are based on the inclusions mentioned in the respective quotation or booking confirmation.
Any service requested outside the confirmed itinerary may attract additional charges.
If payment is made using a card or a payment method carrying additional processing or banking charges, such charges may be payable by the traveller where applicable.
All payment deadlines mentioned in the quotation or booking confirmation must be followed to maintain the reservation.

7. Travel Documents & Personal Responsibility

All travellers must carry valid identification and other documents required for their journey.
International travellers should carry their valid passport, visa and other destination-specific documentation.
Travellers are responsible for carrying their personal belongings, valuables and necessary medicines.
Travellers are responsible for complying with the laws, regulations and customs requirements of the destination country.
The traveller is responsible for any consequences arising from illegal activities or possession of prohibited items.

8. Cancellation & Changes

Cancellation charges depend on the cancellation policy of the package, hotel, airline and other service providers.
Some bookings may be partially refundable, non-refundable or subject to specific cancellation deadlines.
Changes to confirmed itineraries may result in additional charges depending on the service provider and availability.
Travellers should contact us as early as possible if they need to modify or cancel their travel arrangements.

9. Travel Disruptions & Unforeseen Circumstances

Delays, cancellations or changes caused by airlines, hotels, transport providers, weather conditions or other circumstances may be outside our control.
Additional expenses arising from natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, civil disturbances or other unforeseen circumstances may be payable by the traveller, where applicable.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist travellers when unexpected disruptions affect their itinerary.

10. Quotation & Pricing

Quoted prices are based on the information and availability applicable at the time of quotation.
Unless otherwise specified, quotations may be valid for a limited period and are subject to availability.
Prices may change due to changes in airfare, hotel rates, exchange rates, taxes, government charges or supplier pricing.

11. Traveller's Cooperation

Travellers are expected to cooperate with tour coordinators, guides, hotels, transport providers and other service partners.
Travellers must follow applicable safety instructions and local rules during the trip.
Any personal loss, theft, injury or damage resulting from the traveller's own negligence or unlawful activity shall be the responsibility of the traveller.

By confirming a booking with Baruah Sports Associates And Travel Agency, the traveller acknowledges that they have read and understood the applicable booking conditions, payment terms, cancellation policies and travel requirements associated with their selected services.

Specific terms may vary depending on the destination, package, airline, hotel, visa requirements and other third-party service providers. The terms communicated in the final quotation or booking confirmation will apply to the respective reservation.
