Cancellation Policy

At Baruah Sports Associates And Travel Agency, cancellation charges depend on the time of cancellation, destination, travel package and the cancellation policies of the respective airlines, hotels and other service providers.

Tour Package Cancellation

Unless a different cancellation policy is specifically mentioned in your booking confirmation, the following cancellation charges may apply to tour packages:

  • 30 days or more before arrival: 20% of the total package cost.
  • 20–29 days before arrival: 50% of the total package cost.
  • 10–19 days before arrival: 70% of the total package cost.
  • Less than 10 days before arrival: 100% of the total package cost.

International Tour Cancellation

  • International packages may have different cancellation conditions depending on the destination and service providers.
  • Hotel, airline, visa and transportation cancellation charges may be deducted separately according to their respective policies.
  • Certain international bookings may be partially refundable or completely non-refundable.
  • Any applicable taxes, service charges, bank charges or non-refundable supplier charges may be deducted from the refundable amount.

Flight Cancellation

  • Flight cancellation and refund charges are determined by the respective airline and fare conditions.
  • Some promotional and discounted airfares may be non-refundable.
  • Any applicable airline cancellation, amendment or administrative charges will be deducted from the refund.

Hotel & Accommodation Cancellation

  • Hotel cancellation charges are subject to the cancellation policy of the respective hotel or accommodation provider.
  • Certain hotels, resorts and special-rate bookings may have non-refundable terms.
  • Cancellation requests made after the applicable deadline may result in partial or full loss of the accommodation amount.

Visa & Documentation Charges

  • Visa application, processing and service charges may be non-refundable once the application has been submitted.
  • Visa fees charged by embassies, consulates or government authorities are subject to their respective policies.
  • Visa approval or refund decisions are determined by the relevant authority and are outside the control of the agency.

Cancellation Request

All cancellation requests must be submitted to Baruah Sports Associates And Travel Agency through the contact details provided by the agency. Cancellation will be considered from the date on which the written cancellation request is received.

Refund Processing

  • Eligible refunds will be processed after receiving the applicable refunds from airlines, hotels and other service providers.
  • The final refundable amount will be calculated after deducting applicable cancellation charges, service charges and other non-refundable expenses.
  • Refund processing time may vary depending on the airline, hotel, payment provider and other third-party service providers.
